This article provides instructions for editing your account, social media, and switching organizations while logged in.

Step 1

Please begin by following this Link, which will direct you to the sign-in page for Accelerate.

If you're unsure how to log in, follow this guide here.

While logged in, click on your profile icon on the top right corner of the screen and click on "Personal Info" from the dropdown menu, as depicted in the image above.

Navigate to the "Account Info" section. You will see fields for First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Display Name, and User Handle.

To edit your information:

  • Click the pencil icon next to the field you want to edit.

  • Enter the desired information.

  • Click the checkmark icon to save changes or the cross icon to cancel, as depicted in the image below:

  • Scroll down to the "Organizations" section. Here you will see a list of organizations and respective roles your account is linked to.

  • The first column depicts the Organizations and the second column the respective roles.

  • To switch organization and role, click the "Switch" button next to the role you want to switch to.

In addition, the app management is different for each role in the organization. For each role, the user needs to install or uninstall the apps they want, and it will not affect the apps for the other roles.


Step 5

1. Adding Social Media Accounts

  • Scroll down to the "Socials" section and click "+ Add New":

  • A window will pop up on your screen, as depicted in the image below. Select a social media platform from the dropdown menu:

  • A new entry will appear on the screen so that you can add the new Social Media profile. Enter your profile link for the selected platform:

  • Click "Add" to save the new social media account:

Note

If the profile link you enter is invalid, you will get a warning note right under the field:

2. Editing Social Media Accounts

Locate the social media account you want to edit in the "Socials" section, click the pencil icon next to the account and make the necessary changes, as depicted in the image above.

3. Deleting Social Media Accounts

Locate the social media account you want to delete in the "Socials" section and click the pencil icon next to the account.

Then click the trash can icon next to the account to delete your social media account.

If you click the trash can icon, a window will pop up asking you to confirm the deletion:
