This article provides instructions for the various functionalities for multiple chat results in the My Results Conversations while logged in. |
Step 1
Select Multiple Chats
Locate the CheckboxesCheck-boxes: On the left side of each chat result, there is a checkbox.
Select Individual Chats: Click on the checkboxes check-boxes next to the chats you want to select. You can select multiple chats by clicking the checkbox next to each one.
Select All Chats: If you want to select all the visible chat results at once, click the checkbox at the top of the column, as depicted in the image above.
Step 2
Open the Actions Menu
Once you have selected the chats, look towards the top right corner of the screen. You will find the “Actions” button, as indicated in the screenshot.
Click on the “Actions” button to open a dropdown drop-down menu with various options.
Step 3
Choose the Desired Functionality
Copy:
Hover over or click on Copy in the dropdown drop-down menu.
Select either Conversation or Replies based on what you want to copy from the selected chats.
Export:
Click on Export to save the selected chats to your local machine.
Choose Content Type:
Conversation: If you want to export the entire conversation.
Replies: If you only want to export the replies from the chat.
Choose File Format: Click either the Word Document (.docx) or Text File (.txt) button to export the selected chats in your preferred format.
Delete:
Click on Delete if you wish to remove the selected chats from your results.

After clicking the “Delete” icon, a confirmation window will pop up:   Click "Delete" to confirm the deletion, or click "Cancel" to abort the action. |
Please note that your Accelerate’s appearance may vary depending on your selected mode (dark or light).
