How to change your password when logged in

This article provides instructions for changing your password when logged in. To follow these steps, you'll require your email address.

Step 1

Please begin by following this Link, which will direct you to the sign-in page for Accelerate.

If you're unsure how to log in, follow this guide here.


Step 2

While logged in to your account, look for the profile icon in the top right corner of the page. Click on the profile icon to access your account settings. In the drop-down menu that appears after clicking on your profile icon, locate and click on the option labelled "Sign In & Security." This will take you to the section where you can manage your account security settings.


Step 3

Once you're in the "Sign In & Security" section, there is an "Edit" button right next to the password field. Click on this button to initiate the password change process, as depicted in the image above.


Step 4

A field will appear where you'll be able to change your current password. Choose a strong and secure password that you can remember easily. Follow the specific password requirements provided, and click on the confirm icon as depicted in the image above.

If you enter a password that is the same as the previous one, you will get this notification on the bottom right corner of your screen:


Step 5

Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, the window "Reset Password Confirmation" will pop up, asking you to confirm the changes. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed as depicted in the image above.

Your password has now been successfully reset.
